All orders ship out the following MONDAY after purchase, unless otherwise stated via a banner on the website or myself during a live sale.
How long it takes for your package to be delivered depends on several factors such as distance, weather conditions, the carrier, etc. Most domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days if not sooner.
PLEASE REMEMBER: once the package is handed over to USPS, it is completely out of my control. I cannot access any additional tracking information or affect the package in any way.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions.
Please contact me at thedruzylotustx@gmail.com, if there is a problem with your order such as damaged items, missing items, or incorrect items. I will fix the issue as quickly as possible and to the best of my ability.
- If you receive DAMAGED ITEMS, please email thedruzylotustx@gmail.com with photos within 10 days of delivery. I will work with you to file a claim with the shipping provider if needed. Please save all packaging as we will need photos of it to file a claim if it comes to that. Depending on what the circumstance is a refund or replacement will be given after all communication is had.
PLEASE NOTE: these are genuine stones/crystals that are formed by nature so therefore they are not 100% perfect. Cracks, holes, and other imperfections are normal. Please review crystal listings carefully when purchasing to see if I mention any imperfections that I know of.
- In the case of MISSING ITEMS, I will issue a refund or send the item. Please check your packaging closely. Small items are sometimes hard to find!
- If you receive an INCORRECT ITEM, I will ask for photos of the item. I will provide a return label for you to ship the incorrect item back to us before I send the correct item or issue a refund.
